Good Morning my babes,
How are you feeling?
How is your heart?
How is your mind?
I ask because I want you to give yourself the sacred moment to checkin with yourself when you may not otherwise. You care about how others feel but do you care as much about yourself? xo
OK, so what I really wanted to write about this morning is roadblocks or hesitation I guess. Often we are our own enemy and in our own way. We know what to do and often how to do it but something stops us. What stops us?
What stops you from doing those morning behaviours you so badly want to adopt? What is holding you back from creating that thing you've thought about for so long? What is stopping you from actually doing the things you want for yourself? YOU! Me too ! Don't get me wrong, I am the same in many ways sometimes, we are all human. But I know this and am aware of it so eventually I've given myself enough shit and do it.
When I say 'you' I am also referring to ways that you don't necessarily have control over, like learnt behaviours or unhealed and unreleased trauma that may be holding you back. That being said, it is up to to look within and ask yourself some deep questions about why you may not be doing certain things or getting what you want. Ya know, there is professionals to help unpack that stuff too right?
I believe there is always a way. It is all about perspective and how you have framed something in your mind and what you are willing to do or not do.
Why do I feel like I am also rambling and lose the core point or message? Does this makes sense?
My long winded point is that WE are often in our own way and when we stop making excuses our path opens up and we create everything how we want it to be. Take one step, one mini step forward and you'll gain momentum.
